RESPONSIBILITIES

After the immense training of 4 weeks in London, you will become an officially qualified recruitment consultant. The initial two months you will start by researching your market and developing your network to become an expert in your field. These initial efforts are indispensable to be able to obtain a portfolio of valuable professionals. As soon as you are ready, you will become responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from acquiring new clients, maintaining the relationship but also fulfilling their needs on an operational level, which involves conducting job intakes, screening candidates, arranging interviews and ultimately make those deals take place!

REQUIREMENTS

In order to be able to succeed in this role we expect you to at least have some commercial experience, a passion for recruitment, but also to have a natural talent for connecting with people. Since successful consultants happen to possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and commercial accumen, we only consider you for this traineeship if you believe that you have got what it takes!
