RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop a commercial understanding of the market, from both a client and candidate perspective
• Build a strategy to maximize revenues including business development and account management
• Act as an ambassador of the group in order to sustain and develop business relationships
• Negotiate commercial terms with both key accounts as well as new clients
• Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage, balancing excellent service with a positive commercial outcome for all parties
• Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates and offer tailor-made solutions
• Network in industry, sector, and specialism and become an expert in your own market
• Sell the benefits to your customers of being exclusively represented by you and your company
• Manage the customer's expectations; clearly, articulate the proposition and service attributes
• Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectively
• Provide guidance and mentor less-experienced consultants

REQUIREMENTS
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience at a reputable recruitment firm
• Proven track record of billings within a similar market
• Ability to get things done in the ‘right’ way, with ethics, integrity and positive intention
• Able to establish a systematic course of action to effectively and efficiently achieve objectives
• Willingness to make decisions, render judgments, and take action
• Commercially inclined, independent and proactive
