If you also happen to be experienced enough to run your own business independently, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Principal Consultant at one of our major clients. As a Principal Consultant you will be receiving the neccessary training and guidance in order to in order to excel at new business and account management. Once you have proven to be a successful Principal Consultant you can grow into the role of a Business Manager and ultimately become entirely hands off in terms of candidate management.

CLIENT
Due to the exponential growth of this dynamic recruitment firm, we are currently exclusively recruiting for a Principal Consultant that has the expertise to take advantage of the previously established business relationships and ultimately become the firm's next top biller. Since most of its former top billers have grown into managerial roles, an experienced consultant is desperately needed in order to harvest what has been seeded by the former top billers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•             Develop a commercial understanding of the market, from both a client and candidate perspective

             Professionally and effectively manage the recruitment process from beginning to end

             Build and grow a client portfolio by using commercial information to identify business opportunities

•             Negotiate commercial terms with both key accounts as well as new clients

•             Build a strategy to maximize revenues including business development and account management

•             Act as an ambassador of the group in order to sustain and develop business relationships

             Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities    

             Build trustworthy relationships with other teams and offices to facilitate cross-selling opportunities

             Take responsibility for self-development by proactively seeking and acting on feedback 

             Prioritize assigned leads to focus on those having revenue potential

             Proactively make decisions demonstrating effective problem-solving capability

             Maintain and exceed SLA’s that are in place with the clients at all times

             Developing and implementing short-term and long-term recruitment campaigns on behalf of clients

REQUIREMENTS

•             2-5 years of experience as a Senior Consultant at a renowned recruitment agency

•             Proven track record of billings within a similar market

•             Demonstrated experience in acquiring new and maximizing existing business

•             Ability to get things done in the ‘right’ way, with ethics, integrity and positive intention

•             Able to establish a systematic course of action to effectively and efficiently achieve objectives

•             Ambition to become a top biller and ultimately a qualified Business Manager

•             Hands-on attitude, commercial mindset and excellent negotiation skills
