Do you believe that you have what it takes to grow a team from 3 to 10 consultants within 1,5 years?
As a Managing Consultant at this international recruitment agency, you will instantly become end-responsible for growing and sustaining your own discipline that consists of 3 direct reports. Within this role, you will have the responsibility to develop your own strategy on how to increase the productivity and ultimately hire 2-3 other consultants by the end of this year.

This client is a renowned international recruitment agency with more than 5 successful brands. Within this organization, you will be joining an established team that is already up and running, but one that could still become more productive. You will be entrusted to mentor the existing team whilst reporting into the Associate Director who is an expert in this market with plenty of existing relationships to leverage from. As an organization that doesn’t believe in KPIs you’ll be able to focus on more of qualitative, consultative approach and inspire your team to strive for the best service and performance. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Managing Consultant your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Develop a commercial understanding of the market, from both a client and candidate perspective
• Build a strategy to maximize revenues including business development and account management
• Negotiate commercial terms with both key accounts as well as new clients
• Build and communicate a team vision linking individual contribution to the regional vision
• Manage the performance of and understand each team member’s motivations and career aspirations
• Create and reinforce a positive, supportive and sales-based working environment and culture
• Conduct effective appraisals, coach and develop consultants towards self-sufficiency
• Clarify expectation of performance and provides constructive feedback and advice
• Identify and be fully involved with the hiring of new talent
• Prepare and deliver talent & development training sessions

REQUIREMENTS
In order to be taken into consideration for this role you must possess at least the following:
• 2-5 years of recruitment experience at a reputable recruitment firm
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring, motivating and/or leading juniors
• Proven track record of personal billings
• Great commercial and leadership qualities
• Drive and ambition to progress
