Are you done with KPI's and ready for a challenging and flexible corporate recruitment role?

On behalf of a renowned consultancy firm, we happen to be exclusively searching for a Corporate Recruiter who endeavors to become end-responsible for the entire recruitment process from A-Z for multiple business units. In this role, you will not only be responsible for the recruitment process but also for the marketing activities and performance analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•             Engage with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process

•             Gather market intelligence and develop a solid understanding of the local marketplace 

•             Define recruitment sourcing strategies to develop a pool of potential candidates

•             Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates

•             Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals

•             Interview candidates at various stages (phone calls, video chats, and face to face meetings)

•             Drive the end-to-end recruitment process 

•             Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual)

•             Track recruitment KPI's, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill

•             Execute the hiring and placement of successful candidates into the company

 

REQUIREMENTS

•             Ability to understand business strategies and develop executive recruitment solutions 

•             At least 1 year of recruitment experience 

•             At least a Bachelor Degree (Human Resources or BA is preferred)

•             Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques 

•             Experience with social media recruiting

•             Exceptional communication skills
