For one of the top 5 recruitment firms in the world, we are currently exclusively recruiting for a Business Manager that will become end-responsible for the Business & Development within the Netherlands. In this role you will be acquiring new business, negotiating better terms with current accounts and liaising with recruitment consultants in order to maximize the amount of business being done through you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build a strategy on both new business and account management to maximize revenues
• Lead the commercial work stream for the most significant business opportunities
• Act as an ambassador of the group in order to facilitate cross-selling activities
• Negotiate commercially appropriate terms of business & preferred supplier agreements
• Represent the agency and its values at meetings with new clients in order to win new business
• Prioritize assigned leads to focus on those having revenue potential
• Come up with practical ideas and concepts to further drive the profitability of the accounts
• Actively seek customer feedback (surveys, testimonials) to drive continuous service improvement
• Maintain and exceed SLA’s that are in place with the clients at all times
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term recruitment campaigns on behalf of clients​
• Liaise with the legal department to ensure that the contracts are commercially robust
• Adhere to relevant sales policies, best practice processes & compliance regulations

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 years of business & development experience within the recruitment industry
• Demonstrated experience in acquiring new and maximizing existing business
• Ability to get things done in the ‘right’way, with ethics, integrity and positive intention
• Able to establish a systematic course of action to effectively and efficiently achieve objectives
• Willingness to make decisions, render judgments, and take action
• Hands on attitude, commercial mindset and excellent negotiation skills
• Strong, hardworking character and seeking to exceed expectations
